I don’t really feel like they’re looking up to me, I feel like we’re a big team, we’re doing things together. It’s not like I’m at the top and everyone else is looking up to me, I’m in there with the girls, that’s why I made up the hashtag #BBGsisters, to make everyone realise I’m just like them.

Listen to your body! Find a regime that you can maintain and that works for you. Always remember to rest when you need to! A lot of the time girls burn themselves out by going too hard, too fast which only leads to prevention of weight loss. So be consistent, work hard but listen to your body.

My workouts are different every week. I work in a split that has 3 resistance training days that separate legs, abs and arms. I also do LISS cardio several days a week and a small amount of HIIT sprint training.
