Shiv Sainiks are much more in touch with the common people than you (media) are. Our workers went to homes of people (to help them), but you did not.

I have served my country to the best of my abilities. Some of us like Basit fail to realise that life is a combination of human endeavour and fate. We have to accept in humility what life gives us and then thank the Creator for that

Now that the letter is on social media, I thought I should share with you my sense of disappointment at being targeted like that

Jealousy has no remedy

Well, I feel myself one of the most fortunate people in the world who’ve been able to do this. I started to study the gorillas because I knew they were endangered. No one really knew exactly how many were left and so little was known about them. I felt that they had to be studied before they became extinct.

Crawl around, knuckle walk like a gorilla. I didn’t believe in standing up as the threatening object so I simply crawled around and imitated – came to imitate – their peaceful vocalization, their contentment vocalizations, (animal noise) like this, which elicited their curiosity and little by little because I represented no threat.

The truth is I didn't really know how I would react to the gorillas, I had no experience with wild animals. But, I knew that in order to play the part [of Dian Fossey], which I wanted very much to do, and in order to get Dian's message out, there was no time for me to worry about what was going to happen.

For the past three years I have spent most of my days with wild mountain gorillas. Their home, and mine, has been the misty wooded slopes of the Virunga range, eight lofty volcanoes—the highest is 14,787 feet—shared by three African nations, Rwanda, Uganda, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

After spending so much time with the mountain gorillas in Rwanda and playing Dian, I felt that I had been given a gift. It's appropriate that I try to do whatever I can to help protect them.

During this time I have become well acquainted with many of the gorillas, and they with me. They roam the mountain slopes and saddles in groups, and several groups now accept my presence almost as a member.

Mountain gorilla discovered in 1902 may become extinct in this century if more active conservation isn’t done.

I discovered a great company with the most iconic brands in audio and a very good reputation in the auto industry. We were working exclusively with German cars and Lexus.

In 18 months, I had to actually build the team from scratch. Except for one person, every other person came from outside and I wanted to have a global team.

I have been saying one thing consistently – that scale will matter. Even if you claim that you will work collaboratively with three or four companies, it is not the same

Frankly when we see that the integration of these two companies, when we put it together, this is really dynamite because it's so complimentary
